We took a trip to city centre to finish our Christmas shopping this afternoon. It snowed a bit most of the morning, but the afternoon started out with blue skies. By the time we had finished shopping, everything was gray and the usual cold mist was falling. Perfect timing for these tiny, delicious Dutch pancakes at the continental market. I had mine with whipped cream and lemon, Matt's had maple syrup and cinnamon. They are warm and oh-so yummy.
